Scunthorpe Military Bootcamp

Hi everyone, it’s Darren, I’ve been speaking to David Elsom
, and he’s let me know that the bootcamps have now come to an end. Dave has done an amazing job over the years keeping everything going, and we’re all really grateful for the effort and time he’s put in.
Unfortunately, with my current commitments, it’s not possible for me to step in and support the bootcamps myself, I’ll be keeping this page open mainly for memories, but if anyone still enjoys bootcamp-style workouts, you’re more than welcome to come and join me at my other gym, HYROX Scunthorpe. You’re all invited down for a free session to see what you think, it would be great to catch up and see some familiar faces.

I really miss the old bootcamp days hopefully see you all around 💪

Our Class is for all Fitness Level 👍🏾, you don’t need to be fit to join these lovely group of people. It’s a great small community.
If you do like and enjoy group classes, come along and check it out with a Friend.
There’s no other better way to start your weekend 💯 % . Definitely good for your mental and physical health 🙌🏾. The class is from 9:30am-10:30am for £5 👍🏾.

Hopefully I will see some regulars and maybe some new faces too.
Always grateful for your support and those of you that direct to me to the right people and you know who you are 🫶🏽🇫🇯.

Good to be back at bootcamp tonight 2 mile run 150 press ups sit ups and star jumps 450 reps total all in 50 minutes

Morning all it is with great sadness that Bootcamp will come to an end the last two sessions will be Monday 4th and Wednesday 6th July all welcome please drop a message on what you would like to do on the Lat sessions obviously we will start with Burpees and a lamp post and possibly a fountain the rest is up to you. A masive thank you to all the trainers over the years who all bring different ideas and pain and a massive thank you to Darren Shaw who without none of the above would have happened
