I have had an absolute freaking blast Choreographing our Butt and leg workout for tomorrows class!!

Tomorrow is your last and final chance to join in with a LIVE CLASS FOR FREE. Yes that did need capital letters.

Hey SlingFitters, Sling Fit as you know it will be no more. Apparently I never really should have used the name Sling Fit in the first place. Ops!

Instead, I will hold Postnatal Core Restore classes. They will have an element of Sling Fit plus more of a focus on building up your Pelvic Floor and Abdominal muscles post baby.

**Class news and a favour to ask🙏🤞**

Hello my lovely SlingFitters,

I’m looking for three volunteers who have had a baby in the last five years and feel that their pelvic floor and abdominal muscles could do with some attention pretty please.

I am currently working on a series of four videos for a free mini course that will eventually be accessible to anyone online. This will be a taster of what will be on offer for the full membership version of my online course that helps you build a strong postnatal core for life. I am looking for three volunteers who wouldn’t mind watching and following the videos and giving me some feedback. Pretty please.

In other news SlingFit style postnatal classes will be back in April so watch this space!

Hey you lovely people. Welcome to my Sling Fit Dance page. SlingFit dance is a light dance exercise class you can join in with your baby in a sling, ran by myself, former midwife Karen Ellis. I once ran these classes regularly but got distracted on my fitness journey elsewhere. In the very near future I will be offering services to women to inspire and educate them to improve their abdominal and pelvic health. So.......

❤️ If you have had a baby
❤️ Have that pouch that you can’t seem to get rid of in your lower stomach
❤️ Noticed abdominal separation
❤️ Sometimes leak urine
❤️ Have lower back pain
❤️ Get that heavy feeling in your pelvic floor
❤️ Are going through or coming up to the menopause
❤️ Or just know you need some more strength in that core or pelvic floor of yours
