Saturday saw the boys travel across to Tekkers who invited us for a friendly.

Minutes in the bank and final prep before the start of the JPL cup group this coming weekend.

On big session left Thursday followed by the kit release where the boys get to see their kit for the first time

Whilst the boss is away putting his feet up on holiday ✈️ the boys are still putting the hard work in ahead of the start of the season.

A warm sunny scarborough evening but the boys still got some miles in the legs and with no sand due to high tide for a kick about the boys did some cold water therapy to finish instead
