If your interested in taking part in mma or using it to build confidence aswell as fitness were the place to go. We have two active mma fighters coaching you to your best ability. Mixed Martial Asylum training will include all aspects of mixed martial arts like brazilian jiu-jitsu, muay thai, boxing, wrestling and fundamentals. Classes will be from 6:30 - 8 and will cost £5 per person. Private classes can also be arranged with one of the instructors at an arranged price and time to suit you.
