I have been a Personal Trainer for the past 3 years and been in the fitness industry for the last 8 years. No matter what your goal or dream is my ambition is to find the right way to make it possible. Your goal could be to lose weight, gain muscle, complete an event (running, cycling, mud runs etc) or improve general health. Using a wide range of methods we will

work as a team to achieve your goals! Most often based at the Crown Spa Health Club for indoor sessions or venture outside for outdoor Personal Training. My qualifications include: Level 2 fitness instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 3 Nutrition Management, Les Mills RPM, Kettlercise instructor, Boxercise instructor, Aqua Aerobics Instructor. Courses work out at £110 for 6 sessions (1 hour)
or £100 for 10 sessions (1/2hour)

A massive well done to everyone who has kept active throughout the winter months!

I’ve started taking bookings for when gyms re open and have already had a fantastic response with people eager to get back to it!

Why am I mentioning it like that....

Every year November is a busy month in the gym/pt world with everyone getting ready for Xmas party nights!

So by my logic.....June 21st is the equivalent of the start of Xmas party night!

What can you achieve in 119 days!!!

Gyms open in 49 days!

The weather is going to improve!

So rather than panic on June 7th that you’ve not lost your lockdown weight or you still can’t fit into those jeans! Let’s plan ahead now!

Still working with outdoor pt clients everyday and as soon as the gyms re open I’ll be straight back in with a mixture of indoor and outdoor sessions!

Level 1: 12 reps
Level 2: 18 reps
Level 3: 24 reps

30 seconds as many squats as you can do 💪👌

Brought this one back two days earlier after a question from Saturday!

Best exercise for tightening up the stomach!
Squats.....really? Yes! Your use of your core abdominal muscles is maximised in a standing workout. Try squatting without your abs tensing! It’s impossible!

Also though unfortunately exercise alone won’t have a massive effect on excess body fat around the stomach if you’re nutrition and diet is in a calorie surplus!
