I just want to clear up a rumour going round that we've changed management and ownership.

We haven't!

The business IS my business. If that should change, I will officially announce the change to members first, within the gym then via social media.

So as things stand, business as usual and accepting sign ups/renewals, ect 💪💪💪

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR GYM MEMBERS

As you all know, Rew got started and did this amazing artwork. He will be doing some more work this Thursday 2nd April. He's starting at 6am and will be finished by approximately 1pm.

However, we will be closing the Iron Room whilst Rew does this work due to the paint fumes.

Upstairs IS open as normal 😊💪 I apologise for the inconvenience. It will definitely be worth it though.
