We have cracking surf forecast for the next few days so have added loads of extra sessions for next week!

The shop will be open from 9am until late this weekend with day and overnight hire all available.

A special milestone last week at Dexters Surf Shop, where we reached our 100th SEND Surf Lesson since we started 17months ago.

We got some wonderful feedback from one of the SEND families, and we were all getting a little bit emotional.

What an absolute privilege to be able to teach these youngsters to surf in a safe inclusive environment!

A huge thanks to our incredible volunteers, and the businesses / individuals who have supported our initiative. Without you non of the above would have happened.

🌞What an incredible start to summer. Our tours, watersports clubs, lessons and hire have all been going off!

Waves + sun = absolutely epic.

These last few months have been crazy!

We have been putting on more classes than ever before but even with six instructors working we are still turning people away daily.

So just a heads up - our Watersports Clubs and group tours are filling up about two weeks in advance.

Lessons - limited availability for the next three weeks.

Hire - book online or in advance to guarantee equipment.

A little progress each day adds up to big results

We were hyped to have the Sparks Project join us last week! Some of their walking group took a huge step outside their comfort zone and swapped their walking shoes for wetsuits and boots.

Under the skillful eye of our instructors, they learned the basics of surfing, from essential techniques to staying safe in the water, before being let loose in North Bay.

Building confidence, having fun, and boosting mental wellbeing—all while enjoying the sea together.

We can't wait to do it again! 🌊🤙

Low tide, high vibes

All our clubs are fully booked Friday, Saturday, Sunday this week + Tuesday & Thursday next.

It's been a cracking couple of weeks down at the shop.

Although at times we have struggled to stay open due to the sheer size of the groups getting changed inside - so a huge thanks for everyone's patience waiting to come in, its much appreciated! We will always open back up ASAP once the shop is clear.

We were stoked to be joined by: last week.
