A small but determined group of club members braved the forecast rainy morning to take part in the on the River Hull at Tickton. A great effort all round to haul out around 50kg of waste in just a couple of hours. A big thank you to for providing the litter pickers and bags. Hopefully we'll get even more paddlers next time so we can get even more waste removed.

Isle of Bute faf time at the start.

Last weekends sea kayak trip to the Isle of Bute.
If you are interested in joining us for the trip next year we will have a sea kayak award course running before to get anyone ready for the trip.

Wednesday evening lake session.
Session 1 of 3 discover course, great progress in 2 hours, paddling with a spray deck and rescues done.
Great to have Martin back out in his sea kayak, like watching poetry in motion with them paddle strokes.
Martin will be back to join the coach team to give his support and advice to all new sea paddlers.
Next Wednesday 3rd June we will be back at the lake, coaches available or just book on for a social paddle.
