First session back !

We hope everyone has had a lovely break and enjoyed the summer hols and are ready to start a new season and training again !
We are having a joint session this Tuesday 8th
6/8 pm and possibly the 15th!

Early season run out at Darlington for
Phoebe Aleksandra and Chloe.
First competition of the season to see where the training is going and get some much needed match play.
Phoebe played in a group of 8 Mxd event (only 2 girls) in the U19s and was ranked 6th.
A very encouraging start with a win over Seb Radacanu 3/2 was continued through the day
with 3 more wins including a 3/1 against YBCL
team mate Dorian Cheung.
Phoebe finished in a very credible 3rd place.

Aleksandra and Chloe have been training very hard for the new season and showed signs of this both winning 4 matches each.
Aleksandra had good wins over Lucy Curtis and
Oscar Woodier and Chloe had wins over Aleksandra and John Graham in 5.
Plenty of match play to work on for the girls but a promising start Al round 🏓

Final Tuesday session for Vanessa at the Premier club !

Tuesdays has now finished for the summer break and Vanessa said good bye to the club as she is leaving with her family for Romania in the summer holidays.
She will be missed at training and future matches next season.
A definite one for the future and I hope she can continue to train and develop her game.
She always has a happy and outgoing demeanor and great focus when training.
Good luck for the future Vanessa !!

Great to be back in our home at the

We had 20 children and 5 feeders so a busy and fun time rounded off with some 5 a side football.

Cadet BRitish Clubs League

Second for the girls

Following on from their second place in the National schools Primary comp the 4 girls have secured another second place in division 2 of the Cadet BCL.

Chloe Aleksandra Lucy and Vanessa all contributed wins on the final Sunday of the competition.
Chloe was in great form with her stand out win coming against Gulliermo 3/2..
Gulliermo was registered for Ormesby 1st team but deemed suitable to drop to division 2 to help Ormesby win the division.
Chloe won 7/8 on the day and produced rock solid performances as No 1.

Aleksandra also won 7/8 with her best play coming against Toby of Dttc b winning 3/0 with some fantastic rallies.Aleksandra is showing exciting potential with her focus needing to be on choice of shot to exploit her obvious talent.

Lucy had a great day winning 4/8
She won a match from 0/2 down showing great character. Lucy is developing her strokes steadily and combined with a great attitude she will continue to improve her skills.

Vanessa won 2/6 and is the youngest on the team in year 5.
Her wins were important to secure second place for the team and she did her absolute best to gain those wins.

For the next few weeks we are relocating to the Gym in the main building at Graham school.
Look to your right after the speed hump as you enter the school premises.
