Spectators
Spectator tickets can be purchased on the day (first-come, first-served) at a cost of £12 (for both sessions). Under 7s are free of charge. CASH IS STRONGLEY ADVISED.

Parking
All attendees are strongly advised to use Castlegate Q Park (on right hand side, just off Park Square roundabout, next to the Travelodge) – rather than Ponds Forge car park.
Places can be pre-booked (subject to availability) at https://www.q-park.co.uk/en-gb/cities/sheffield/ - select Castlegate. For 50% discount - enter the discount code “PFQPSHF50” & enter vehicle reg plate which will enable the barriers to open on the event day. Vehicles can enter and exit as many times as they like during the pre-booked period without the need for any tickets
Alternatively, on the day, event parking customers will receive a 15% discount on the published prices by scanning their ticket whilst in Ponds Forge

LATEST UPDATE
We’re aware that a social media post from Thorncliffe indicates that the pool will reopen this week with reduced capacity. Unfortunately we have not been notified as to what that means for us. We will follow up first thing in the morning and then let you know what sessions we can offer, but we are obviously hopeful we can return to swimming this week.

TRAINING AMENDMENT
We have managed to reinstate the cancelled training at Hoyland on the 6th September.
All swimmers not attending the Sheffield & District Meet who wish to attend this training should reply on the new Spond invite, which will arrive tomorrow. It is really important you either accept or decline on Spond for any training session offered. This will help the Coaches plan lane allocation. As these are the only training sessions we are guaranteed at the moment we may need to make small adjustments to the squads to ensure all swimmers get the maximum benefits, therefore it is essential the Coaches have a clear indication of which swimmers will be attending. Unfortunately we have no further updates on Thorncliffe at the moment. We are still working at trying to get alternative pool space and whilst we know how very frustrating this is for everyone concerned, we ask that you please bear with us while we try and sort out the best alternatives for all squads.

Due to an escalation of the ongoing tiles issue at Thorncliffe. THERE WILL BE NO TRAINING TONIGHT.
Sunday training at Hoyland will go ahead as planned. We will get further information to you as soon as we can. Please watch for email updates.
