Tai Chi is an ancient system of health improvement and personal development, it comprises a series of slow graceful flowing movements that promote harmony between mind and body, the moves help strengthen joints increase suppleness, improve posture and balance without unnecessary strain. Feng Shou is a soft or internal style of Kung Fu in which we avoid the use of unnecessary hard physicial contact

and instaed learn to neutrialise the attacking and turning it back on itself making the style self defence suitable to everyone of all skills and abilities.
