High protein is 🔑 for fat loss.

Let’s talk about why…

1- Increasing the amount of protein in your diet will help with the recovery of your body, such as repairing muscle, acting as building blocks for new muscle.

2- When you have a higher muscle mass you burn more calories at resting.

3- Out of all the 3 macros, protein has the highest thermic effect. This means your body uses more calories when processing.

Tip 🚨

Aim for 1g of protein per 1lb of body weight as a guide to workout your daily intake! From here you can split this daily total across your day to help you plan your meals!
