It has just been announced that Romain Grosjean, previous Haas F1 driver, will return to Formula 1 at Circuit Paul Ricard, France this year. He will be testing Lewis Hamilton's Championship winning Mercedes W10. We are so happy that he is able to drive an F1 car one last time as he doesn't have a seat anymore, after his horrific crash in Bahrain last year.

1. Rice
Averaging 1 calorie per gram, rice is a fantastic food for adding volume to your meals! 100g of rice is a very decent portion and it is roughly 100 calories.

2. Banana
Obviously we have to mention some fruit in this list! An average-sized banana contains around 100 calories and is one of the best fruits for curing digestion and hunger.

3. Peanut Butter
This is the best spread to use when trying to lose weight. However, peanut butter can be very calorific! A mere 2 tablespoons of peanut butter equates to 188 calories.

4. Eggs

Here are some tips for all you wanting to gain some muscle mass and achieve your true potential:
• Lift an appropriate amount of weight. Start with a weight you can
lift comfortably 12 to 15 times.
• Seek balance. Strengthen the opposing muscles in a balanced
way, such as the fronts and backs of the arms.
• Don't skip the warm up. Cold muscles are more prone to injury
than are warm muscles. Before you lift weights, warm up with five
to 10 minutes of brisk walking or other aerobic activity.
