It was an easy decision for the coaches to name harriet as Member of the Month for April.
When Harriet first joined, she was understandably apprehensive about stepping into a gym environment. Since then, through consistent attendance at our group classes and Personal Training sessions, she’s made outstanding progress.
Her strength and overall fitness have improved noticeably, driven by her commitment, consistency, and growing confidence in both the coaching and the process. These changes haven’t just stayed in the gym either—Harriet has also begun building healthier habits around nutrition and lifestyle, with positive knock-on effects across her day-to-day life, all while balancing a busy work and personal schedule.
Well done, Harriet, on being named Member of the Month for April. You’re making great progress, and it’s brilliant having you as part of the community.
