We’re excited to get started with our new Under 7s team and look forward to welcoming everyone to training tonight.

📅 Thursday 19th June
🕠 5:30pm – 6:30pm
📍 Hinderwell School Field

If you would like your child to attend, please send us a message to confirm your child’s place, as we can only select 9 players to start the team.

⚽️🌟 CALLING ALL CURRENT YEAR 1 CHILDREN! 🌟⚽️

Could your child be part of something special?

Edgehill FC are launching our brand-new Under 7s team for the 2026/27 season, and we’re inviting current Year 1 children (moving into Year 2 in September) to come along to our training session and hopefully be apart of edgehill juniors new team.

🔥 We will be selecting just 9 players to form our squad, so this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a new team from the very beginning.

✅ Safe all-weather 3G pitch
✅ Friendly, family-focused club
✅ Join over 80 children already enjoying football at Edgehill FC
✅ Make new friends, develop skills and build confidence

📅 Training Sessions
🕠 Thursdays | 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Whether your child is new to football or already loves the game, we’d love to see them there!

Places are limited, and with only 9 squad places available, we encourage parents to register their interest early.

A fantastic day for our U10s, U11s and U12s teams at the Play on the Pitch Tournament at the Stadium of Light! 👏⚽🏟️

Our U10s were superb throughout the tournament, finishing as runners-up out of 12 teams – an outstanding achievement and a credit to everyone involved. 🥈

All three age groups performed brilliantly, finishing 2nd in their respective groups and reaching the semi-finals. Our U11s were narrowly beaten 1-0, while our U12s were cruelly knocked out on sudden-death penalties after a tremendous effort.

Most importantly, it was an incredible experience for all of our players to take part in the Play on the Pitch Tournament and play in the Stadium of Light in front of the stands of a 50,000-seater stadium. It’s a memory that will stay with them for many years to come.

A huge thank you to all of the parents, families and supporters who attended and cheered the teams on throughout the day. Your support makes a huge difference to the players.

Well done to everyone involved – players, coaches and supporters. We’re incredibly proud of you all! ⚽❤️

⚽️ FOOTBALL CAMP – DAY 3 ⚽️

What a brilliant day at camp! The children brought amazing energy from start to finish, and we topped it all off with a huge water fight this afternoon 💦🙌

Today’s activities included:
⚡ Lightning
🏆 Europa League
🔥 Dribbling Chain Tag
👾 Space Invaders

The effort, teamwork, and smiles on show all day were fantastic to see 👏

🎉 Tomorrow is FUN FRIDAY! 🎉
The children will get to choose their favourite games from the week, plus we’ll be testing everyone with our BRAND NEW reaction lights and target nets to crown the ultimate champion of the day 🥇⚽️

We’ll also be announcing our:

⚽️ World Cup Player of the Week winners
🎟️ Shirt raffle winner – with a shirt of your choice up for grabs! 👕

Fantastic to see so many children back for Day 2! 🙌
We had 3 brilliant groups today, and every single one was excellent 👏🔥

Tomorrow we are looking forward to our Europa League tournaments 🏆⚽️ and an exciting water fight at dinner time 💦🔫😄.

Children are welcome to bring their own water guns if they have them! 💧😊

What a fantastic first day! 🙌
It was brilliant to see all the children back enjoying themselves, working hard and having fun in the hot conditions 🌞💪

Every single child did amazingly well today with great energy, teamwork and smiles all round 😃👏

🏆 SFS Junior Presentation Night 2026 ⚽️✨

What a brilliant night we had at our SFS Junior Presentation Night last week! 🎉👏 Well done to all of our teams — SFS U7s, U9s, U10s, U11s, U12s and U15s — for a fantastic season full of hard work, development and great memories 💙⚽️

A huge thank you to our committee members Beth, Michelle, Nicola, Judith and Jade 🙌💐 for all of their hard work organising the evening, helping with the food 🍔🌭🍟, set up 🎈🎊 and making it such a wonderful event for everyone involved 😊👏

We’d also like to thank all of our sponsors 🤝👕 for supporting the teams with kits this season and helping our players look so smart throughout the year ⭐️⚽️

Finally, a massive thank you to all referees 🟨🟥, volunteers 🙏, coaches and everyone else who has supported grassroots football this season ⚽️❤️. Your time, effort and dedication are hugely appreciated 👏
