🔥Slight change tonight due to the HEATWAVE

🔥Doors opened, fans on, lower impact BUT......Still 💯 energy, still smashed it 👏, still had a fab workout 👌, still burnt some calories 💪.

Your safety is top of the priority list, so I have decided to cancel tomorrow night and start again next week when the temperature 🌡 goes back down.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
😎Enjoy the sun 🌞 and make sure you drink plenty of water 💧.

🔥Keep yourself cool 😎 tomorrow night

🔥Put your drinks in the fridge tonight ready for class (bring extra drinks).
🔥We have plenty of fans spread around the room
🔥Wear light loose clothing
🔥At ANY point, please grab yourself a quick drinks breaks
🔥Set list has more toning tracks tomorrow, so you still get a great workout but less travelling.
🔥If needs be, il happily open the doors 🚪 please don't hesitate to let me know.
🔥A couple if chairs will be scattered around, take a seat at anytime.

❤️This room is MASSIVE & well ventilated, so Im very sure we will be ok, but just to be on the safe side, ive added a few tips above.
