The Reset was created for women who are done going round in circles, feeling uncomfortable in their body, stuck in the same cycle and patterns with food, or who just want’s personal change.

In a world that pushes us to keep doing, doing, doing…
I’m choosing to honour this too.

Child’s Pose always makes me feel so safe.
It’s such a soft, rested position, it lets my whole body stop bracing. Rest & Surrender.
It calms my nervous system, and sometimes that release comes in tears.

And if they come in between coaching sessions, I let them.

We’re not built to be “on” all the time.
Our softness is also strength.

Lets those sacred tears flow my love, man it feels good.

11.11.
Angel numbers have felt like signs from the universe, subtle reminders that I’m on the right path.

And the number 1? It’s about new beginnings.
A nudge to reset, realign, and remember you don’t have to wait for 11.11 to start again.
You can begin anytime, any moment you choose.

One year ago today, I signed the lease. I didn’t know what would unfold, but I trusted something deeper.

Since then…
we’ve lifted and sweated, we’ve hugged and cried,
we’ve felt complete peace and complete aliveness,
we’ve plunged into ice and snuggled onto fur mats,
we’ve laughed over dumbbells and fell out of bands dangling from the rig 🤣
From summer sweat to winter stillness,
from strangers to friends,
from a bare room to a space full of warm hearts…
there’s a magic here I can’t quite put into words.

Thank you for being part of this journey.
For every session, every story, every shared moment.

Here’s to 11.11 ✨
To alignment, to presence, and to beginning again -
any day, any time, any age!
And to whatever unfolds next.

Life be life-in…

But I’m committed to showing up for myself so the non negotiable’s are in play (will share on another post)

And 3 sessions a week (minimum) is one of my devotions to myself 🩷

1. a) push ups - max for quality
b) defecit sumo dead’s x 10

2. a) inverted rows - max for quality

This was a hard one to share - Ooof, those words were hard write.
Body shame is a painful.

I’ve lived at both ends of the spectrum.
The chasing-skinny version of me, believing happiness lived there. (It didn’t.)

And the numb version…lost in binging, the “what’s the point” version of me.

But here, somewhere in the middle, I found peace.
Not perfection. A Balance and that feels so freeing!

A soft acceptance that holds space for both. Feeling good in who I am today, and yet still know I can improve, grow and evolve.

Today it’s about enjoying life through balance…

Protect your peace (we’ve got classes for that).
Move your body in a space that supports you.
Be surrounded by women who get it.

You don’t have to do this alone.
Let me help you find that middle ground where strength and softness coexist. Where happiness isn’t waiting for you in the future, but living quietly in the way you treat yourself today.
