The word Anahata, in Sanskrit, means “unstruck”, “untouched” and “intact”. It is also the name given to our heart (energetic) centre.

The fourth energy centre among the seven main ones. The one that sits right at the centre, halfway along the journey. The one that creates a bridge between spirit and matter. The one that knows all the questions and all the answers.

Yesterday, Susie (Sound Channel of Light Codes & Frequencies) and I became vessels for love to reach 14 beautiful hearts, in a beautiful afternoon filled with meditation, sound bath, movement, breath and presence.

My heart is full of gratitude and cracked open to whatever life wishes to manifest. 🫀✨

Só amor! Only love!

Aho! 🌹

There is a reason why my Pregnancy Yoga and Mum & Baby Yoga classes are held in a circle: to remind one another that we are never alone. 🫂🌸

On one side, a hand that gently comforts. On the other, one that supports. And in front of us, a warm, understanding gaze that says, without the need for words: “I see you. I understand. We’re in this together.”

And this is how women, held by one another, find the space to bloom — bringing the very essence of life into the world.

When women gather, something sacred grows stronger. And from that strength, from that connection, mothers are born. 🤍

📸 A few moments from the first class of our new Mum & Baby Yoga term, which has just begun.

What a joy it is to welcome women I’ve had the honour of supporting throughout their pregnancies, now returning with their babies in their arms. And to see mums who joined my Mum & Baby Yoga classes in the past coming back to experience it all over again — this time with their second little ones.

It truly takes a village. 🤍

DESAFIO CONSISTÊNCIA NO YOGA

31 dias.

Vamos juntas?

☀️ Início: 1 de agosto
🧘🏻‍♀️ Duração: 31 dias
📱 Check-in diário pelo Gymrats.

What if the wisdom you’re searching for already lives within your heart?

The heart has always been seen as more than a physical organ. Rooted in the ancient word kerd- and echoed through languages such as Latin cor, Greek kardía, and Sanskrit hṛdaya, the heart represents our inner essence — the place of love, courage, connection, and deep knowing.

In yogic tradition, this wisdom is held within Anahata Chakra, the heart energy centre associated with compassion, unconditional love, acceptance, and the ability to both give and receive.

In a world that often asks us to rush, achieve, and stay constantly connected, we can easily lose touch with this inner space. Returning to the heart allows us to slow down, soften our protective layers, and reconnect with ourselves and one another.

Join us for Anahata — A Journey Into Your Heart Wisdom, a transformative afternoon of self-discovery, healing, and connection.

Together, we will explore:

• Opening meditation for heart consciousness
• Heart-centred journaling and reflection
• Heart Flow Yoga
• A heart-fuelled gong sound bath
• Nourishing Yin Yoga
• Healthy snacks to nourish the body will also be provided during the break between sessions.

A nurturing space to soften, open, and return to the wisdom of your heart.
