🏉 FULL TIME | Bala 21–21 Chester Women ❤️💙

What a way to round off another valuable pre-season run out!

A hard-fought game that really could have gone either way, with both sides battling right until the final whistle. The weather held up beautifully too, making for a great evening of rugby.

👏 A special mention to Leah and Ffion, who made their debut for the Chester Women last night – welcome to the squad!

A huge thank you to Bala for the fantastic hospitality and for a competitive, enjoyable game. 🤝

Now it's back to Hare Lane as we prepare for our next pre-season test...

🗓️ 2026/27 Devas Fixtures Are Here! 🏉

The wait is over – our 2026/27 Championship Two North fixtures have landed for the Devas, and it's shaping up to be an exciting season!

It all kicks off with a big away day as the Devas climb aboard the bus and head north to face Novocastrians in the opening fixture of the campaign. A great opportunity to hit the ground running against one of the league's new sides.

After plenty of battles throughout the autumn, the festive fixture list sees the Devas making another journey to the North East, this time to take on Blaydon Red Kites just before Christmas.

As the season reaches its conclusion, they'll have home advantage when it matters most, with the final two league games both taking place at home. They'll be hoping to finish the campaign in front of our fantastic supporters at Hare Lane.

There are plenty of local rivalries to look forward to, some exciting new opponents, and another season full of challenges ahead.

🏉 Devas League Announcement – Championship Two North 2026/27 🏉

The wait is over... the league for the upcoming season has been confirmed, and Chester Devas are set for another exciting campaign in Championship Two North.

We're looking forward to renewing some fantastic local rivalries with Manchester, Liverpool St Helens, and Sefton – fixtures that always promise plenty of competitive rugby and great support from the sidelines.

We'll also be welcoming three new teams to the league as Novocastrians, Blaydon Red Kites, and Ryton join the competition, adding some fresh challenges and new away trips to the calendar.

It's shaping up to be a brilliant season filled with familiar faces, new opponents, and plenty of opportunities for the Devas to make their mark.

We can't wait to get started. Keep an eye out for fixtures, player news, and pre-season updates coming soon.
