Sharon has been 🔥 for some time now! However during March, Sharon just LEVELED UP! Training intensity is UP! Composition is DOWN!

HIGH Energy, looking fantastic!

Sharon is a tad twitchy when it comes to any movement really, locking in on big lifts has often been difficult 😂 March has seen a continued improvement in technique and as a result Sharon's lifting heavier than ever before!

Sharon has been training with us at 4SF for over 9 Years! I have NEVER seen her in the place she is right now! Always one for a laugh, sometimes/ often at her own expense or her partner in crime TraceyNick Latham 😂

Amazing Anne! A 4SF Legend, over 10 Years with 4 Seasons Fitness and she continues to impress every single one of the members at 4 Seasons Fitness! As well as Kris 🤝

Anne is looking unbelievable as always, she has stepped it up once again. Smashing another Hyrox Simulation with Kris in mid February (completed another one yesterday)

Run Club attendance is 👌 Strength training 4X Per week, plus SWEAT. Anne is bionic, calves of steel and triceps to die for!

Quietly going about her VERY impressive gym workouts!

Lucy may need a little encouragement to increase her weight selection because she can really lift some impressive numbers on all the big lifts! Just needs a little nudge of belief!

Lucy achieved a 3RM 85kg Zercher Squat during our most recent SGPT training block. Lucy has been incredibly consistent throughout recent months but really raised her level during January.

As well as her qualities of performance in the gym Lucy also has a talent for buying sportswear it seems. You without doubt can always spot her in something new when she comes to the gym, most often trainers 🤣

Well done, you're killing it right now!

🟧⬛ Over 65's Strength, Balance & Mobility Course

*Only TWO space available

We are delighted to be running our next Over 65s Course at 4 Seasons Fitness, Sandy 🙌

This is an 8-Week programme, designed to help you move better, feel stronger and stay confident in everyday life.

What we focus on:
✔️ Functional strength for daily activities
✔️ Balance & stability
✔️ Flexibility & mobility
✔️ Moving safely and confidently

🗓 Starts: Monday 9th February 2026

⏰ When: Mondays & Fridays, 11am–12pm

📍 Where: 4 Seasons Fitness, 22 Gosforth Close, Sandy, SG19 1RB

The course is designed and delivered by an MSc Strength & Conditioning Coach, with sessions tailored specifically for the over-65s in a friendly, supportive environment.

All abilities welcome - no previous gym experience needed, we have all the experience to meet you where you're at currently.

🟧⬛ December Member of the Month!

Emma Munn

Amazing Emma! Another incredible year in the gym! Far from straight forward but Emma has pushed through and attended incredibly consistently.

We do have some difficulty in keeping Emma away from the gym, but during December she actually enjoyed some rest days 🫣 Not many but it's progress.

Emma also completed her 4th Hyrox and is booked for a solo next year 🔥 Emma and her Hyrox buddy Abbi achieved a MEGA PB with over a 4min PB 👏 Narrowly missing out on the top 3 for age group 🤏

Emma has been on top of her game, we have PT once a week and today we reviewed the goals she had set for herself. Emma literally would have chopped her leg off if we offered her the composition she has achieved currently, but now she wants more, incredibly driven and no doubt another solid year of training ahead!

🧡 End of year review for 2025!

We went and mixed things up this year! No more 6-Week BOOTCAMP Courses, we began the "New Era" and it's been UNBELIEVABLE 🔥

Our Community has enjoyed the most influential year, we have enjoyed our updated training facility and thoroughly enjoyed inviting new members into our fantastic family of members!

We are so grateful to all of our members, the changeover definitely threw a spanner in the works for anyone who doesn't like change. However everyone has adapted superbly, we have always been incredibly proud of our Community and we have definitely added some gems. For a facility that isn't in your face with marketing we can't believe how lucky we are to work alongside some of the nicest people around.

This year we introduced our Over 65's Group on a Monday & Friday with and they have been such a pleasure to talk to and hear how they have benefitted considerably since beginning at 4 Seasons Fitness.

We also introduced our own functional fitness class, TRI4LS and hosted an event earlier in the year with our next event in February.

RSF Run Club began this time last year and it's been so much fun for those who attend and although it's not really spread to the wider community in Sandy, it's been an awesome start to a Sunday morning for many of our members.

Thanks to everyone for another show of support this year! Thanks to all the Coaches also!! 👏

10 Years of 4 Seasons Fitness celebrated this year and we can't wait to continue offering more and more to you all!

Tara Berry

Amazing determination throughout this month!

It's not something we recommend but Tara said she was going to complete 30 Days of exercise as a little challenge to herself. Tara completed the challenge incredibly well and it was far from straight forward. Which is a huge credit to Tara and her mindset and determination throughout this month and this year!

In November Tara also completed our Hyrox Sim, she completed a Half Solo and with the confidence from her sim Tara signed up for London Olympia in March next year 😱

Tara has had a fantastic year within the gym, multiple PB's during Compound sessions and fantastic improvements in her composition given a busy schedule and life balance, new job etc.

Well Done!
