This marks the next leg of the Invictus Games Flag journey, where wounded, injured and sick service personnel and veterans are taking on 52 iconic peaks in 12 days across Scotland, Wales and England.

Fresh air. Time outdoors. Working as a team.

This is our Impact Strategy โ€” the most ambitious in Games history โ€” in action, creating at least 1,500 recovery opportunities for wounded, injured and sick personnel in the UK.

Beyond the Summit, delivered in partnership with Climb2Recovery ๐Ÿค and supported by International Flag Partner ATCO.

โ›ต Friendships that will last a lifetime.

After 12 weeks at sea, over 2,000 nautical miles sailed, and raising the Invictus Games Flag in 23 ports, the crew of the Full Circle Sailing Expedition has returned home.

Their time together is a powerful reminder that no recovery journey should be undertaken alone and that we are stronger when we overcome challenges together.

Building on our partnership with, and Arts Consultant , we are developing a Culture and Arts Strategy that puts accessibility, creativity and community at the heart of Birmingham 2027 ๐Ÿ’›.

From live performance and public art to storytelling, community projects and creative experiences, we are bringing the spirit of Invictus to life across Birmingham and the West Midlands, supported using public funding by Arts Council England.

๐Ÿ“ฃ This week, weโ€™re holding several cultural sector consultation sessions to understand more about IG27, the sectorโ€™s ambitions, activity and legacy for culture and arts linked to this exciting major event here in the West Midlands.

Weโ€™re thrilled to announce a partnership with Medilink Midlands to deliver the Warrior Care Conference, 12โ€“13 July 2027 at The Vox, Birmingham, taking place right alongside Invictus Games Birmingham 2027.

Recovery doesnโ€™t happen alone. In collaboration with Defence Command Services UK, the conference will bring together global leaders from defence, healthcare and technology to explore the future of recovery, rehabilitation and care for Wounded, Injured and Sick service personnel and veterans.

Our Director of Impact will be sharing more at at the NEC Birmingham this week.
