We were very fortunate to have 3rd Degree Black Belt, Professor Chris Hearn come to teach a seminar for us on Saturday. Chris passed lots of technical gi wizardry and at the end of the class the following very well deserved grades were awarded:

Another immense week for the academy!

Today we had 3 competitors go to the Oxford BJJ Open and come back with 3 golds and 2 silvers!

Jack Blanchard Gold in his no gi division and Gold in the no gi absolute division 🥇🥇

Henry Moore wins Gold in his no gi division 🥇

Jamie Currie wins Silver after an extremely close match in his gi final and Silver in his no gi division 🥈🥈

Very proud of each and everyone of you guys who are always putting in the hard work ❤️

Last week's training highlights! 🔥

We had a real blast last week with 4 different coaches sharing their knowledge over the week with our amazing students.

On Saturday we went over to support Liam Bentley compete at the Collision Invitational in Portsmouth as always Liam went in with his exciting submission hunting style which he is known against a tough opponent and after some close submission attempts he got caught in a tight toe hold submission. In this game you either win or you learn. We're looking forward to seeing Liam back in action soon 🔥
