Recovery isn’t always a straight line.

Good days, bad days, setbacks and progress all happen along the way.

The key is staying consistent and trusting the process 👊

Nobody is perfectly aligned.

Our bodies adapt over time through training, work, injuries and everyday life.

Small asymmetries are completely normal — and they don’t automatically mean pain or dysfunction.

The focus shouldn’t be chasing “perfect posture”… it should be improving movement, strength and recovery.

Move better. Feel better. 👊

Ever wondered why one side always feels tighter than the other?

It’s completely normal.

Your body adapts to how you move every day — training habits, posture, old injuries and dominance all play a role.

Tightness is often your body’s way of compensating for something else.

The goal isn’t perfect symmetry… it’s better movement and balance.

Training breaks the body down.
Recovery is where it rebuilds stronger.

Without proper recovery, performance drops, fatigue builds and injury risk increases.

Sleep, nutrition, movement and recovery work all play a huge role in progress.

Train hard — but recover smart too.

Should you stretch before or after training?

Both can help — but they serve different purposes.

Before training, dynamic movement helps warm the body up and prepare muscles for activity.

After training, static stretching can help relaxation and recovery.

The key is using the right type of stretching at the right time.

Train smart. Recover smarter.

Rest has its place… but it’s not always the full answer.

Too much rest can sometimes lead to more stiffness, weakness and slower recovery.

In many cases, the right type of movement helps improve circulation, maintain strength and support healing.

Recovery isn’t always about doing nothing — it’s about doing the right things.

Sciatica and piriformis syndrome can feel very similar… but they’re not the same thing.

Both can cause pain down the leg, tightness and discomfort — but the source of the problem is different.

That’s why assessment matters.
Correct diagnosis = correct treatment.

If pain keeps returning, treating the right cause makes all the difference.
