I’m so sorry, but I’ve unfortunately injured my Achilles and have had to cancel tonight’s class. 💙

We’ll be back next Thursday with a brand new routine, and I can’t wait to dance with you all again!

LOOK 👀… really look at each individual person, because the energy, vibe, and passion in the studio last night was steaming off every single dancer 🔥🔥🔥

I’m such a happy, proud dance teacher this morning looking back at the videos and seeing the support, encouragement, and love that filled the room. ❤️ Last night felt amazing 🫶🏼

I had a few messages before class from people saying they’d had a difficult week or were going through a tough time. But they showed up. They showed up for themselves, they showed up for each other.

There was so much love and support in the room that, for that moment, it was hard to think about anything other than pushing themselves, clearing their minds and being present.

I’m far less interested about how a routine comes out… Whiiillllst I’m the Artistic Director of the school and absolutely love creating routines, I’ve always prioritised what dance can do for the soul. 🖤

Thank you to every single person who showed up, supported one another, and took all the stresses, worries, and challenges life throws at us and smashed them straight into the studio floor with this one… 😮‍💨

Massive respect for every one of you. This was so exciting to watch and such a powerful reminder of why I love what we do at YDC. 😘❤️

At YDC, we loooove bringing in dancers who are not only insanely talented, but truly respected in their craft, and Diva-J did not disappoint. The energy in the room was fabulous… pure joy, passion, and LOVE for dance 💃

WAACKING isn’t just a style, it’s a culture, and we were so lucky to experience that firsthand in this class 🙌🏽

Honestly… we can’t thank you enough 💛
