Hi all,

Lessons begin again tomorrow (Friday 8th September) at 6.00pm.

If the weather stays hot please make sure that you bring plenty of water.

There is a pre-grading lesson this Sunday - if you think you may be ready to grade this month please speak to one of the instructors and we will have the necessary forms and be able to advise you.

The next grading cycle will be November/December.

Hi All,
Don't forget we're coming up to the next grading soon - grading is on 27th November and pre-grading/kata course is this Sunday.

Grading forms, payments and licence books need to be submitted by this Sunday 13th November.

If you bring all paperwork and payments with you to the lesson this week I will take it all to the pre-grading on Sunday. Please note that payment needs to be by cheque or cash.

If you are planning to grade but don't have a form, I will bring blank forms to lesson on Friday to be completed - or send a message via messenger with your email address and I can forward to you.
