A scale jump overnight usually isn’t fat gain.
It’s more likely:
👉 salt
👉 carbs
👉 stress
👉 water retention
👉 digestion
That’s why daily weigh-ins should be viewed as trends…
not emotional events.
Most people over 40 sabotage progress by panicking too early and changing everything after one random weigh-in.
