Every Friday, they line up on the mat looking much the same as they did the week before.
But each week is different:
A little more confident.
A little more resilient.
A little more skilful.
A little more disciplined.
The biggest changes in judo rarely happen in a single session—they’re built week after week through effort, persistence, and the courage to keep trying.
Tonight our Primary and Junior judoka showed exactly that. Great focus, plenty of smiles, and another step forward for every one of them.
It’s a privilege to watch these young people grow—not just as judoka, but as individuals.
