After alot of thought and consideration, I have decided to cease trading from 31st August 2023 due to a new work role from September.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your loyal custom, it has been a pleasure to work with such amazing clients. You are all on your own journey and will continue to smash your goals.

I can recommend PTs for you to transfer over to, should you wish to from the beginning of September.

But for now, I'm still here and continuing to train my existing clients through summer.

***Body Transformation***

Laura has worked incredibly hard over the last 12 weeks. She came to me unhappy about her weight and wanted to generally tone up and feel fitter.

Laura has changed her eating habits into more healthy choices and now exercises in the gym three times a week.

She enjoys being more active during her days off work, dog walking, exploring etc.

She now understands how to exercise and eat to lose weight and generally feel fitter. Very proud of what you've achieved...you should be very proud of yourself. And she's really enjoying it. She didn't like going to the gym previously!

It's a journey, not a destination

Yesterday I spent the day out shopping in Chester. I made a choice yesterday. I chose to eat clean. I could have easily eaten waffles, cakes, and endless other unhealthy food options. I still had a great day. Food doesn't need to limit your life. And today...im guilt free.

The point of the post? During this time of year we are all going out on Christmas dos, family meals, meeting friends and loved one for coffee and cake. Quite easily, calories can mount up. Having the odd treat is fine but understanding the amount you are eating is crucial, especially if you are trying to lose weight.

And you know what...yesterday these foods felt like a treat. The granola bowl was lovely and full of good nutrition.

Don't undo your hard work for the sake of a few days over this festive period. Of course, enjoy yourselves but you can still do that making the right choices.

Superb progress...hard work and consistency has surely paid off. You could barely lift 80kg a few months ago.

Holly Green Personal Training is offering an exciting opportunity for 1 client to undergo body transformation and be selected for a photoshoot opportunity in June 2023.

This opportunity is available to all of my current clients, including virtual.

You will need to put yourself forward by 1st January 2023.

The person selected will be given full support on nutrition and preparation before the event. Chris Bailey is the photographer and is the best in this industry.

What will you need to do?

βœ”οΈ Be dedicated to your nutrition (with support and guidance from me)
βœ”οΈ Work hard in the gym and with general exercise (including cardio and strength training)
βœ”οΈ Celebrate your achievements and shine in front the camera!

If you have any questions/queries then please message me or speak to me directly.

I will use an independent person in the lifting industry to assist in making the final decision.

The winner will be the person who:

πŸ‘ Shows the biggest body transformation from 1st January to the decision (approx 3 months)
πŸ‘ Amount of visible muscle mass
πŸ‘ Dedication to nutrition and exercise

This was the most exciting, rewarding experience I have ever been through. Hardwork....but so worth it!
