1st column = 1 hr KCR or unwind
2nd column = 1/2 hr fast pain relief
3rd column = manual lymphatic drainage
4th column = MLD coupled with either fascial reset, back neck & shoulder massage or abdominal/colonic massage.

You dont need to be a dancer, or wear a tutu, you just need to be willing to become stronger, leaner and more flexible. We have various types for various abilities. We work hard and we laugh harder. We are a barre fitness alliance studio partner, meaning we are recognised for training with the cream of the crop and pass that knowledge on to you. Yesterday we had a lovely wee afternoon down at studio, a thankyou to some of my wonderful clients for working their wee socks off at classes. The buffet was provided by the lovely Emma at Snackasaurus absolutely delicious and highly recommended! Thankyou to everyone who came along, and i hope theres not too many sore heads today Hx
