We look forward to working with you to gather the views of the youths in Saltash.

This week PC Pip attended Saltash Youth Network and heard about all the amazing provision for young people in Saltash. We are very conscious that a lot of our posts have been about anti-social behaviour, but this behaviour does not reflect the behaviour of the majority of young people in Saltash, who are a credit to their community. We want to hear from the whole community and what matters to them and hopefully we will be invited to some of the youth groups so young people can let us know what is important to them. We also want to say a huge thank you to all of the workers, community leaders and volunteers involved in running all of the clubs and provision.

We have funding in place to complete our Scout Hut. If there are any builders out there who would be willing to help please get in touch.

The lions share of the work is dry lining and plastering but it will need a team of people to take on the job. We would also like to hear from other tradespeople such as carpenter/joiners, plumbers and electricians.

The two-storey extension has been an ongoing project for the Scout group for the nearly ten years.
