Can anyone help our friends at Devonport junior parkrun this Sunday please? They are still a few marshals short of being able to go ahead.

It's Fri-Yay eve on a Bank Holiday weekend 🥳

Huge well done to the 5 Trotters who travelled to the Torbay Twilight 10k last night. All worked hard to achieve new pb's👏 🥳

This morning we joined Dave at Central parkrun, Plymouth to help him celebrate completing 500 parkruns! 🎉

Who is ready for a Couch to 5k course? Our next one starts on Friday 11th September.

This 10-week walk/run programme is a friendly, gentle-paced way to begin running or return to running.

It’s just £20 for the course and if you decide join the club afterwards we will deduct this cost from our membership fee.

What are the benefits to taking part in this course with us?
🏃 You'll get to meet like minded people who all just want to run.
🏃 There is no pressure as everyone is new to the activity and probably as nervous as you are.
🏃 We have friendly, qualified coaches available for support and advice.
🏃 You will be given time to develop stamina and strength and to find out what pace suits you.
🏃 There will be the opportunity to run with us on other training nights if you wish to take the sport further – but within your own timescales and when you feel you are ready.

The course sessions take place on Friday evenings, meeting at 6pm at Saltash Rugby Club to start running at 6:15pm. We will run in small groups and each session will last around 30-45 minutes.

Wow, what an amazing 30th party 🥳

So many people to catch up with! It really was great to have lots of 'old' faces from over the years come and celebrate with us. Thank you to everyone who made it such a brilliant celebration 😍

Thanks to Chris Rounsevell Traditional Butchers for the most delicious hog roast and to the amazing The Horizons for filling the dance floor 🎵🤘

What a fabulous few days for our ladies!

A top team of 6 took on Hope 24 at the weekend, running 110 miles between them and bringing home the 2nd ladies team prize 🏆

Tonight we had three ladies teams at the Tavi relays. Working hard in the heat our ladies were 4th overall and 1st🥇in the v45 and v55 age categories.

Gteat stuff girls, we cant wait to see what you get up to next! 🏃‍♂️❤️🏃‍♀️
