Tideford are a friendly, sociable and inclusive cricket club who play on one of the most picturesque grounds in Cornwall, St Germans.

With 2 senior teams who play in the Cornwall Cricket League, a ladies team and a thriving youth setup!

🐘🏏 Great to finally get the youth season underway with a home game for our Under 15s against Callington Cricket Club . Despite an iffy forecast and a few showers, both teams were keen to play and got a game on, with plenty of effort, learning and enjoyment on show.
A big thank you to everyone who makes afternoons like this possible. The groundsman, umpires, scorers, those who set the pitch up, gave lifts, made the teas and stood on the boundary clapping and supporting the players. Youth cricket simply does not happen without you.
A cracking Sunday afternoon at the club and a great reminder that cricket really was the winner. 🐘🏏

We are excited that All Stars and Dynamos Cricket returns to Tideford Cricket Club this coming Sunday morning. There is still time to sign up and join us and start your childs cricketing journey, with loads of fun games to teach them this amazing sport.

Our youth teams were so excited to get back out on the grass on Thursday evening. The smell of cut grass reaching their noses, and the freshly cut wicket looking so enticing. The energy was high, and the happiness on the faces of the players was there for all to see. We welcomed back old cricketing friends, and warmly welcomed those who had joined us for the first time. Our ladies softball team gathered to regroup and rebuild for the new season. A little rain arrived but this did not dampen their spirits, in fact it made the appeals for wickets louder and the celebration even more raucous. Everybody is excited for the season ahead at our club, and we are always looking to welcome new members to play this wonderful game.

Dynamos Cricket is back at Tideford 🐘🏏 and we can wait to see you and your kids in May.
Dynamos Cricket provides a fantastic next step for all those graduating from All Stars Cricket and the perfect introduction for all 8-11 year-olds new to the sport!

Dynamos is all about fun and provides children with a more social offer, focusing on developing the fundamental skills required to play cricket.

We know how important it is to look like the heroes of the game, so every child who registers will receive their very own Dynamos Cricket t-shirt, personalised with their name and number.

All Stars Cricket is returning to Tideford Cricket Club 🐘🏏 in May.
All Stars Cricket provides a fantastic first experience for all children aged 5-8 years old where they’re guaranteed 8 weeks of jam-packed fun, activity and skills development. The programme is designed to introduce children to the sport, teaching them new skills, helping them make new friends and have a great time doing so.

Every child that registers will receive a personalised t-shirt, bat, ball and backpack. Sign up using the QR code.

Even though the weather is currently horrible, its not long until we can spend our days and evenings playing cricket. This is our beautiful ground on the edge of the Port Eliot estate in south east Cornwall. If you fancy playing your cricket here please drop us a line, we welcome newcomers and experienced players alike, from the ages of 6 upwards.
