🥷⭐ EXCITING NEWS — NEW NINJA STARS CLASS! ⭐🥷

We’re super excited to announce that we’re adding a brand-new Ninja Stars class to our programme! 🎉

🔥 NEW CLASS: Friday
⏰ 4:30–5:30pm
🥷 Ages: 6–8 years

Ninja Stars is a fusion of Parkour, Gymnastics, Martial arts and Freestyle movements. The programme has been designed to give children the opportunity to focus their energy and help kids develop grit and confidence through a series of levels.

Our classes are fast paced and kids will get lots of turns learning a variety of flips, rolls, kicks and tricks. Obstacle courses, strength and balance circuits, fun challenges and games are included to create action packed, fun-filled classes for everyone.

📅 Every Thursday
⏰ 18:30–19:30

This is a drop-in PAYG session, so simply turn up and pay on entry. 🙂

💜 What is Super SEN?

This session is specifically designed for children with SEN, ASD and additional needs. Children will have the opportunity to develop basic gymnastics and co-ordination skills in a fun and supportive environment, with activities tailored to suit their individual needs.

The session is open to anyone who may benefit from the additional support we are unable to provide in our mainstream sessions. Most importantly, we focus on what a person CAN do, not what they can’t do! 🌟

🤸‍♀️ This is an unstructured child-led session, with coaches available to support and assist where needed. Parents/guardians are asked to stay with their child throughout the session to provide support.

Just a reminder to all our Monday members that we are closed today for the Bank Holiday Monday.

Our term-time classes and drop-in sessions will all resume tomorrow, Tuesday 1st September.

We look forward to seeing everyone throughout the week, and we’ll see all our Monday members next week! 💫

We have a collection of lost property items that have been left behind. Please take a moment to have a look and see if any of the items belong to you or your child.

📍 The lost property will be placed on a table in the waiting room during our first week back.

We’ll be back from the week commencing Tuesday 1st September.

⚠️ Please note: Any items that have not been collected by the following Tuesday will be taken away/disposed of.
