Well tomorrow I will be setting off on the 100km Jurrasic Coast challenge. Its been a long few months of training to get to this point, but I am ready. Mixing crossfit and a good running plan, plus my own regular therapy sessions has helped get me to this point.

It's going to be a challenge and the current weather is definitely adding to that!

⭐️We are open⭐️

It has been confirmed by The Society of Sports Therapists that we can remain open through Lockdown 2.

There are however some changes;

🔹️Appointments must be deemed necessary for the treatment of muscularskeletal conditions where clients are in pain and face to face appointments are necessary, to enable a reduction in symptoms and disability

🔹️Clients will be required to wear surgical grade face masks and not a face covering. As this is a shared building, please wear your mask into the building and on exit

🔹️Appointment length will be reduced and cost will be adjusted to reflect this

🔹️Please ensure you continue to complete and return the covid questionnaire that is emailed out to you prior to your appointment.

🔹️If you would like to delay your appointment please do give as much notice as possible

🔹️We will continue to perform temperature checks on arrival and wear level 2 PPE.
