Spent the morning trying to record a video of why raising money for a Breast cancer charity, via the sales of our “Birdies drive out Breast Cancer shirt” is important to me personally.
This year in a February I turned 59.
Aged 59, (38 years ago) mum lost her battle with breast cancer.
It felt significant this year that I honoured that memory and designed a shirt specifically to fundraise for a Breast cancer charity.

Turns out that making a 90second clip has to be one of the hardest things I’ve had to do!! 43 takes later, (!) plenty of bloopers, giggles and tears I’m exhausted!

This is the shirt. The testimonials speak for themselves and I’d love you to buy one just so we can donate £/$10 for each shirt sold to so they can keep doing their amazing work!

He only went and did it!! 26 miles and he’s somehow still smiling (I think)
menaidavis ran the today for a cause so close to my heart… please support and give a big charitable cheer to a very weary and .menaidavis and donate to an incredibly worthy cause.

Supporting families and their children going through cancer treatment and facing the unknown. Those children on his shirt fighting the fight with such intense bravery.
Ceri you brightened these children’s dark days with rays of light from your every step as you pounded the streets of London today. 26miles of Super Hero Steps. Go Ceri!!! Hugh would be so so proud.

Please check out his charity .neveryoucharity - none of us ever think it will be us affected by children’s cancer. When you find one of your children has it a huge window is opened and you realise just how many families are affected. How important a role the NHS and charities play in just keeping you afloat when waves of bad news roll over you. You also realise quickly… you are not alone. We certainly did when we lost our son to Rhabdoid Tumours in 2016. It changes life forever. .menaidavis you ran for Hugh and he was with you all the way.
