A lovely yoga nidra at the end of Friday yoga - deeply rejuvenating and relaxing ✨.

Post natal mummy and baby yoga classes 👩‍🍼🧘‍♀️🤩.

It’s so great to be back with such an enthusiastic and fun group of mums!

It’s one of my favourite classes to teach, and it’s especially rewarding when I see the mums working on their post natal recovery - gaining strength, feeling empowered and improving fitness after having baby, one step at a time. The babies love the different movements and contact too! They get lots of stimulation and many are asleep afterwards whilst mum enjoys a cuppa and chat 😀.

I’ve had such positive feedback about this class. I tailor it to what the mums feel they need to help boost their overall fitness (pelvic floor, tummy, back etc), and there’s absolutely no pressure, everyone does what they feel able to.

This class helps boost mums self esteem too - releasing tensions and loosing baby weight, and exercising correctly during this 4th trimester and onwards.

Happy mum, happy baby 😄🤩.

Mum and baby post natal yoga fitness classes. Wow! Where has this half term gone? We have been sooo busy! So lovely having a full class, seeing mums progress gently with their post natal recovery - fitness and wellness, whilst enjoying socialising and time bonding with baby 💜👩‍🍼.

POST NATAL MUMMY and BABY YOGA:

One of my favourite classes to teach 😄. We’re having a great term so far, fun and laughs every class! It’s very popular, and so lovely seeing the mums connect and make friends, whilst enjoying time with baby. It’s a great opportunity for mum to start back safely into gentle fitness and movement - working on their post natal recovery.

With this class, it’s not just about baby - it’s about mum feeling good and enjoying herself too! 👩‍🍼🤩

PROGRESS, not PERFECTION 🧘🏻‍♀️

And that’s what it’s all about 😁. Making gradual progress each week, yoga and pilates can never be ‘perfect’ as everybody’s BODY is different. Even our alignment can differ slightly, we can always go deeper - whether that’s a stretch or holding strengthening pose, or moving through a flow - there is always space and opportunity to progress; allowing ourselves to tune in and listen to our body, (and not our ego!)😉🧘. That’s what I love about both.

Our bodies change too and we deserve to respect that. It’s amazing seeing the progress of everyone I teach; especially body strength and agility. Both practices are SO strengthening, yet also fantastic for agility and releasing stresses/tension. I can literally see the change in everyone’s faces after each session - more radiant, relaxed and glowing! 🙏💫☺️
