And the great results from clients keep on coming

“Actually fit into a pair of jeans that have been too tight for 2 years.”

That was one of the messages I received from a client this morning 👏

In just 4 weeks she has:

✅ Lost 4lbs
✅ Improved how her clothes fit
✅ Built confidence in the gym
✅ Stopped dreading walking through the gym doors

And for me, that’s what coaching is really about.

Yes, weight loss is great.

But helping someone feel more confident, less overwhelmed and actually enjoy the process is an even bigger win.

Too many people think they need to be perfect to get results.

They don’t.

They just need the right plan, the right support and consistency over time.

I’m incredibly proud of the progress she’s made so far, and we’re only getting started. 💪

Following on from my last post about two of my female clients lifting 100kg today… 💪

Let’s talk about one of the biggest myths in fitness.

“I don’t want to lift weights because I’ll get bulky.”

I’ve heard it hundreds of times over the years.

The reality?

Most women massively underestimate what they’re capable of and overestimate how easy it is to build large amounts of muscle.

What actually happens when women start strength training consistently?

✅ They get stronger
✅ They build confidence
✅ They improve their body shape
✅ They feel more capable in everyday life
✅ They improve bone health and long-term health
✅ They start seeing what their body is truly capable of

And perhaps the biggest change of all…

They stop seeing the gym as something intimidating and start seeing it as something empowering.

The two women who lifted 100kg today didn’t start there.

They started exactly where everyone else does.

Learning the basics.
Building confidence.
Following a plan.
Showing up consistently.

Strength isn’t something you’re born with.

It’s something you build.
