Most people think getting results means training harder…

My clients prove the opposite.

They don’t spend hours in the gym.
They don’t survive on salads.
They don’t cut out carbs.
They don’t wait until they “feel motivated.”

Instead they:

✅ Follow a plan
✅ Lift weights
✅ Eat enough protein
✅ Stay consistent, even when life gets busy

The clients I work with aren’t superhuman.

Many started feeling nervous walking into the gym.
Some had no idea what exercises to do.
Others lacked confidence and thought everyone was watching them.

Now?

💪 They’re stronger.
🔥 They’re losing body fat.
😊 They feel confident in the gym.
🏆 They’re achieving things they never thought possible.

The biggest difference wasn’t motivation…

It was having a plan, support and someone keeping them accountable.

If you’re waiting until Monday…
Waiting until life gets less busy…
Or waiting to magically feel motivated…

You’ll probably be waiting a long time.

You don’t need more motivation.

You need a plan that actually fits your lifestyle.

📩 DM me STRONG and let’s build one together.

👇 What’s the biggest thing holding you back right now?

Stop searching for the “best glute exercise.”

There isn’t one magic exercise that’s going to transform your glutes.

What actually matters is what you do week after week.

✅ Train consistently 2–3x per week (& no you don’t have to repeat the same workout 3 times a week)
✅ Progress your weights, reps or sets
✅ Control your reps
✅ Train through a good range of motion
✅ Get enough protein
✅ Give your body time to recover

Because the truth is…

Most people don’t have a glute exercise problem.

They have a consistency and progression problem.

You can do hip thrusts, RDLs, kickbacks, Bulgarian split squats and every other glute exercise going…

But if you’re doing random workouts, never tracking your progress and constantly changing what you’re doing, don’t be surprised when your results stall.

The women I coach who get the best results aren’t doing anything fancy.

They have a plan.

They follow it.

They get stronger.

And they repeat the basics for long enough to actually see the difference.

Stop looking for the perfect exercise.
Start following a better plan. 🍑

If you’re putting in the effort but still not seeing the results you want… this might be why.

You’re training.
You’re trying to eat better.
You’re motivated… sometimes. 😂

But if your results have stalled, it might not be because you need to work harder.

It might be because you’re missing one of the things in this carousel 👆

The biggest problems I see with people trying to get in shape are:

❌ Not really knowing what they should be eating
❌ Training without a clear plan
❌ Changing their workouts constantly
❌ Letting weekends undo their progress
❌ Trying to rely on motivation instead of accountability

And honestly, you don’t need to be perfect.

You need a realistic plan that fits around your life, consistency and someone who knows when to push you, when to adjust things and when to tell you you’re overcomplicating it.

That’s exactly what I do with my online coaching.

You get your training plan, nutrition guidance, progress tracking, regular check-ins and, most importantly, someone keeping you accountable.

So have a swipe through and be honest…

Which one of these is probably holding you back? 👇

And if you’ve read it and thought “Yep… that’s basically me” 😂

DM me and I’ll send you the details of my online coaching and we can see if it’s right for you.

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗡𝗘𝗥 𝗜𝗦 𝟮 𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬! 🐶🎂

Happy 2nd birthday to Stoop Doggy Dog ❤️

Two years of:

🐶 Following me around the house
🐶 Stealing food whenever possible
🐶 Going absolutely mental when someone comes to the door
🐶 Making me go for walks when I probably wouldn’t have bothered
🐶 Sleeping for approximately 19 hours a day
🐶 And somehow convincing everyone that he’s the one in charge 😂

He’s also probably the only training partner I’ve ever had who has never once complained about leg day.

Although he does have a habit of stealing my socks when I’m trying to get ready in the morning 😂

Having a dog definitely makes staying active easier though. Whether it’s a long walk, getting outside or just having a reason to move every day, sometimes the simplest things make the biggest difference.

So today isn’t about macros, progressive overload or hitting your step target.

It’s about birthday treats. 🥩 🎂🐾

Happy birthday Stoop!

How many times have you said “I’ll start Monday”? 😂

You have good intentions.

You get motivated, start training, try to eat better… then a busy week comes along, motivation drops and before you know it, you’re back where you started.

I see this all the time with people who come to me for coaching.

And honestly, you don’t necessarily need more motivation.

You need a plan that fits around your life and someone to keep you accountable.

That’s what I’m here for.

I’ll take care of your training, help you get your nutrition on track, keep you accountable and make sure you actually know what you should be doing each week.

No crazy diets.
No training 7 days a week.
No starting again every Monday.

Just a plan that works for you and your goals.

So if you’ve been thinking about getting yourself back on track but don’t really know where to start…

Drop me a DM and ask me about online coaching.

Let’s see if I can help. 💪

One of the biggest mistakes people make with exercise is seeing it as nothing more than a way to burn calories.

Yes, exercise can help with weight loss…

But if burning calories is the only reason you’re doing it, you’re missing out on so much more.

Here’s why 👇

1️⃣ You’re probably not burning as many calories as you think during that workout or class.

2️⃣ If your only motivation is “I need to burn calories”, there’s a good chance you’ll eventually lose motivation and stop.

3️⃣ Exercise has huge benefits beyond weight loss:
✅ More strength
✅ Better fitness
✅ Improved energy
✅ Better mental health
✅ More confidence
✅ Improved quality of life

That’s why I always encourage people to set performance goals alongside aesthetic goals.

For example:

🏋️ Squat your first bodyweight squat
🏃 Improve your 5k time
💪 Do your first pull-up
👨‍👩‍👧 Have the energy to play with your kids without getting exhausted
🛒 Carry shopping bags, move furniture and handle everyday life with ease

Performance goals give you something tangible to work towards every week.

They make training more enjoyable, keep you motivated when the scales aren’t moving, and often help you achieve your physique goals faster as a result.

So if your current goal is weight loss, fat loss or changing your appearance…

Ask yourself this:

❓ What performance goal could I set that would make me stronger, fitter and more motivated along the way?

I’d love to hear your answer below 👇

And if you’re struggling to know where to start with your training, nutrition or fat loss journey, send me a DM and let’s chat. 📩

I’ve recently started using Protein Works Works Collagen Coffee, and it’s become an easy part of my morning routine.

But what actually is collagen?

Collagen is a protein that helps keep your skin, bones, joints, tendons and ligaments strong.

As we get older, our body naturally produces less collagen, which is why some people choose to supplement it.

Why supplement collagen?

💪 Supports your joints and connective tissues
🦴 Helps support bone health
🧴 Can support healthy skin
🏃‍♂️ Useful as part of a good recovery routine

And the best part about this product?

It’s basically your morning coffee with collagen added. ☕️

So rather than remembering to take another supplement, you can simply have it with your morning coffee.

It also contains vitamin C, which helps your body produce collagen naturally.

Obviously, collagen isn’t a magic fix and it shouldn’t replace a good diet or your normal protein intake.

But if you’re looking for an easy way to add collagen into your daily routine, this is a really convenient option.

And if you want to give it a try, or you’re looking for any other Protein Works products, use my discount code:

GOLLOP

Use it when ordering your protein, creatine, pre-workout, collagen and more.

Simple. Convenient. And easy to fit into your routine.
