In my previous post you see me referring to isolation and compound exercises.
🔹Isolation exercises involve the movement of just one joint and target only one muscle group, example bicep curls.
🔹Compound exercises involve the movement of two or more joints and target multiple muscle groups, example squats.
🔹Compound exercises are better for building muscle mass and isolation exercises are better for muscle definition.
