📅 We're preparing and testing some dishes for our annual, exclusive Mayfly Dinner in The Market Room. This marks the start of the fishing season on the evening of Thursday 4th May. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Dinner will be £55 per head, and includes a glass of fizz on arrival. Hard to believe that such huge wild brown trout can live in such a tiny stream as the Bourne Rivulet. Still a few July dates available.

Iceland. Atlantic salmon fishing.
I have 3, possibly 4 rods available for the amazing Haffjarðará for 4 days spring fishing 18-22 June. If I had to choose one place in the world to fish this would be it!

It is a stunning place - take a look at the pictures. Normally it is impossible to get onto this river as a single rod - you have to take the whole river and there is a waiting list.

Most of the fish at this time are sea-liced 2 sea winter salmon between 12 and 20lbs which are unbelievably exciting on a 10 foot trout rod and small flies.

We still have a few prime dates for odd rods at Norðurá in July as well.
