🚀BACK WITH ANOTHER INSANE TRANSFORMATION🚀

Shan contacted me at the end of August as she was fed up of feeling ‘unhappy, unhealthy and constantly lethargic’. The first photo was on a girls holiday back in April weighing 101kg. The second photo was recently taken where Shan weighed in at 88.3kg. Shan is a busy mum who is constantly on the go however, has gone from strength to strength with her training, starting initially at 1 session a week to now 3 a week and the results speak for themselves😍

Shan is wearing the exact same outfit in each photo which highlights the incredible visible changes she has made, one of them being the shorts NOW BUTTON UP👏🏼 The glowing smile says it all🩷

LIFTING WEIGHTS WON’T MAKE YOU LOOK TOO ‘BULKY’🙌🏼⁣

Predominantly being a female only PT, another common question I get asked is ‘will lifting weights make me look too bulky or manly?’… the answer is no! The first picture is a snippet from a workout and the second picture is on holiday to show the difference. Weight training comes with many benefits, one of the main ones being you achieve that ‘toned’ look that most people want and ask for! What most people do not realise is that in order to gain a certain amount of muscle mass not only have you got to be following specific training variables, your diet also plays a massive part of this. As someone who has been weight training for 4+ years now, I can confidently say that lifting weights has been the most effective training technique💪🏼⁣

💪🏼NO GOAL IS THE SAME💪🏼⁣

Elloise came to me wanting to re-gain her strength and build her confidence back up in general and in the gym after a challenging 2023 which resulted in a lot of weight loss and an unhealthy relationship with food. The first photo was at the start of this year when Elloise weighed 7st 5lbs.⁣

Me and Elloise worked together for a number of weeks, really focusing on lifting the weights and building her strength back up specifically glute and upper body work as this was Elloise’s main focus. The second photo was captured at the start of summer 2024 where Elloise weighed 8st 12lbs and looking a whole lot happier🤩⁣

A gentle reminder that in the gym not everyone has the same goal to ‘lose weight’, for some people it is to gain weight and form a healthy relationship with exercise and food. I am very pleased to be apart of Elloise’s journey as she continues this🙌🏼🩷⁣

Another incredible client transformation🙌🏼Katie has absolutely killed it this year with her training, working with me once a week whilst also training in the gym by herself following a specific programme designed by myself which has been tailored to her goals. ‼️THE IMPORTANCE OF FOLLOWING A STRUCTURED PROGRAMME‼️

I have been programming for Katrina for the last 2 months and wow has she absolutely smashed each session and it shows😍👏🏼 The ‘before’ photos were taken on Katrina’s holiday last year and the ‘after’ photos were taken last week on her holiday. Not only has Katrina dropped in her measurements, she has also lost 9lbs and her confidence levels have rocketed📈🚀
