Apologies for the prolonged period of silence.

For now we will be continuing to take a break from classes at West Dean but we hope to return in the future. As you may be aware, I had a baby back in March and life is still a little hectic (I’m not sure that ever changes though!)

We are running classes at our studios in Salisbury so please get in touch if you’d like information about these classes.

CDA Update Monday 27th April

We hope you are all well and keeping safe.

We have a number of activities to keep you dancing and to keep you interacting with us.
- Have you visited the videos page on our website? More videos to be added this week.
- We are setting a week of dance challenges each Monday. Prizes will be available to those that complete their subject(s)
- We are starting to send out online presentations of grade work (although this is not a quick process so bear with us!)
- We would like to trial a weekly troupe class via Zoom (details below).
- We would love to put dancers artwork on display in the Alice's in Wonderland shop window (see Facebook post for more info)
- The Tapathon routine was released very late last night, once I've had a chance to look at it, I'd like to try weekly Tapathon practise sessions too if you're interested

*Our next online class is a troupe session open to any students on Friday 4-4.30pm, where we will start learning a new routine suitable for all levels. Message us for the meeting ID and password.*

We'd love your help...
We want to fill Alice's in wonderland shop window with your pictures of rainbows to show our support of those working so hard in these times.

Your pictures can be posted to Alice's in Wonderland (94 Fisherton Street, Salisbury SP2 7QY) or the dancing school or popped through the letterbox at the shop or dance studio if you pass by on your daily exercise.

We look forward to receiving your pictures and creating a window full of rainbows.

Another conditioning game.

Choose 3 cards from the following 9 (in the next post), decide how many rounds you are going to complete.
10 rounds = 10 minutes
In each minute complete 10 reps of each of your three exercises and then rest for the remainder of the minute.
Reduce or increase the reps as required.
Enjoy!
