Large pool temperature is now 30 degrees almost back to normal 😊

Our main swimming pool is currently at 32 degrees. This is warmer than usual so please be mindful when coming for a swim. Bring water and try and take it a little easier than you normally would.

Our brand new Functional training class starts tonight with the lovely Hattie.

Functional training=
Calisthenics builds strength.
Master your body with a dynamic bodyweight workout designed to improve strength, mobility, balance and control. Using a combination of functional movements and progressive exercises, you’ll challenge your whole body and develop impressive strength without relying on traditional weights.
