NEW TIMETABLE — AUTUMN 2026! MORE JIU-JITSU, MORE OPPORTUNITIES!

We’ve made some exciting updates to our weekly timetable at Gracie Barra Salisbury, giving our members even more opportunities to train, develop and enjoy Jiu-Jitsu. 🔺

We’ve added more options for our growing Tiny Champs & Juniors programmes, maintained dedicated training for our Teens, and expanded the pathway for adults from Fundamentals through Intermediate and Advanced training.

🔥 NEW Monthly Sunday Open Mats
Each month we’ll be doing something a little different — open mats, guest instructors, seminars and special sessions. Keep an eye on our announcements for each month’s details.

Whether you’re 3 years old or 50+, a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, there’s a place on the mats for you.

Fight Night - Coming Soon! The return of white belts and our 5 vs 5 squads event 🥋 🏆 After a short hiatus Gracie Barra Salisbury are preparing to take on a plethora of challengers but there can only be one winner🥇the inaugural winners were Gracie Barra Bradley Stoke who won the white belts tournament with their team “Bradley Chokes” The current and defending champions “Novichoke” are rom Salisbury whilst we expect strong teams to attend from Gracie Barra Frome and Gracie Barra Melksham other teams dm to enter. It will be competitive, however, it’s a free and social event with the emphasis on new competitors testing themselves whilst having fun.

The competition never gets any easier. But you’ll be a long time retired, so while I can still do it, I’ll keep stepping...

The competition never gets any easier. But you’ll be a long time retired, so while I can still do it, I’ll keep stepping on the mat.

Each medal brings back memories… years of showing up, injuries, losses, pressure, early mornings, long drives, and thousands of rounds. Working quietly behind the scenes because noise is just noise, but the signal is strong — and good luck to anyone willing to work harder.

🥇 Medals won competing in Rio de Janeiro at the Sul Americano

May photo dump 📸! Started with a bank holiday open mat here and since then it’s been a whirlwind 🌪️ of training sessions, competitions and gradings. Plenty of smiling faces throughout the month 🙂 as winners are grinners 😁 and we had plenty of winners at our very own interclub vs and . Next on to the prestigious British Open where our small team of 5 competitors brought back 3 medals 🥇 🥈 🥉 friend of the club coached our juniors with some fine judo take downs whilst coach Pete consistently levelled up our members with his amazing jiu jitsu. Lots of new members 🥋 , returning students 💪 and exciting times ahead… watch this space… 👀 but don’t get fomo (the link for joining is in the bio)
