Congratulations to our award winners who have been outstanding throughout the season!

🌟 Coaches' Player of the Year – Scott Neary

After six years away from rugby and dedicating his time to powerlifting, Scott returned to the game with a bang. A model of consistency from start to finish, he played every game this season, crossed the whitewash for 6 tries, and produced a Try of the Season contender along the way. His commitment, physicality, and reliability made him an easy choice for this year's Coaches' Player award.

🌟 Players' Player of the Year – Roy Waters

Making the step up from Colts rugby into the senior ranks is never easy, but Roy took it in his stride. In his first season of senior rugby, he quickly became a firm favourite within the squad through his fearless defence, big hits, and a number of Man of the Match performances. Voted by his teammates, this award reflects the respect and admiration he has earned throughout the season.

🏆 Senior Clubman of the Year 2025/26 – Bobby Brown 🏆

This season's Clubman of the Year award goes to someone whose contribution to Salisbury RFC has extended far beyond the rugby pitch.

Bobby has been instrumental in driving the transformation of our home team changing rooms, while continuing to show unwavering passion, commitment and leadership throughout the club. His positive energy and engagement with players, coaches, volunteers and supporters embody everything Salisbury RFC stands for.
On the field, Bobby enjoyed another outstanding season, finishing among the club's leading try scorers and once again earning representative honours at County level.
A player, volunteer and clubman in the truest sense of the word, this recognition is thoroughly deserved.

A huge congratulations to our award winners for the 2025/26 season!

👏 Players’ Player – Glen Craven
New to rugby this season, Glen took to the game immediately and never looked back. His strength, power, and commitment were clear for all to see, putting his body on the line for the team week in, week out. A well-deserved winner, voted for by his teammates for the impact he made throughout the season.

👏 Coaches’ Player – Jack Jones
After returning to rugby following time away from the game since his youth rugby days, Jack came back as if he had never been away. A big, solid second row who carried hard, tackled even harder, and led by example every time he stepped onto the pitch. His dedication and performances throughout the season made him a standout choice for the coaches.
Congratulations to both players on their well-earned awards and for the massive contributions they made to the team this season. 💚🤍

A huge congratulations to our season's top scorers!
🎯 Top Points Scorer – James Gamble
James finished the season with an outstanding 136 points, consistently delivering from the tee and making a huge contribution throughout the campaign.

🔥 Top Try Scorer – Fraser Wilson
Fraser crossed the whitewash an impressive 11 times, showcasing his pace, power and eye for the try line all season long.

Well done to both players on fantastic achievements and thank you for your commitment in Salisbury colours throughout the season. 💚🤍
