We’re seeing awesome progress from 🚂🔥

Reece jumped onboard with online coaching 6 months ago and is now entering his second deficit phase 💪
We hit a deficit initially, to strip some body fat off.. Once we felt that phase fatigue a little, we pushed into a surplus for a few months to freshen up and gain any muscle on offer 💪

We feel it worked and we are now ready to push deficit no.2.. Get leaner than before with some added tissue 👍

I feel I’m involved in something special here! 🚂 🙌

Cassie approached my coaching 2 years ago after already being good friends through work 💪..

She was already an experienced fitness instructor/ qualified PT.. She was just admittedly a little burnt out/ in need of some fuelll 🙏🔥 (Which is what we do around here, provide that structure and motivation to progress! being a big contributor to that fuel 💪🚂😁)

Cass has PUSHED and SUCCEEDED!!
I encourage anyone interested, to have a scroll through her page and see her starting point as that really highlights the awesome journey she’s on and the quality of coach she now is herself! ☝️🙏

The hatred for bands and training in his home office was real 😂 but we reset, tried a different approach of blood sweat and beers and what do you know.. This happened! 👀🙌

is going from strength to strength 🙌 literally!
This is a snapshot of Leahs last 2 years progression, on and off coaching, going into her early 20’s stronngg 💪🚂
This latest holiday shred was a big success though.. Dropping 10lbs over 8 weeks while progressing strength and exercise confidence across every session 🙌👏
Smashed it yet again Leah! I hope you and (’s Posh and Bex 😉🙆🏻‍♂️💁‍♀️) enjoy a week away in the sun! You’ve both earned it 🚂🔥🏆

’s first session in front of the mirror.. 🦍
A bit of bodybuilding, a bit of men’s physique 👌 but I think the main benefit of these kind of mirror sessions and running through poses is it improves ‘mind muscle connection’ awareness and muscle isolation..
If you practice engaging individual muscles and holding yourself with control, I think it positively transfers to training connection, body confidence and everyday posture gains. And who doesn’t want better of all those? 🤷🏻‍♂️💪
If you do ever get in front of a mirror, I’d advise filming yourself, so you can look back, assess and adjust 👌 The camera may see things you won’t notice in real time in the mirror. Which you only benefit from when watching back. 👌

Dan is improving like mad, physique and training! It’s motivating to see!
Posing just adds another puzzle piece to that physique journey that we are taking him on 🙌🙌 keep it coming bud, fun days are coming 🙏🏆

Lockdown progress for 🤷🏻‍♂️🤯🔥
Greg is still working his security job, often swapping from day to night shifts which isn’t optimal for progress at the best of times, let alone with gyms being closed..
Making this one even sweeter! 🏆👏
We definitely achieved what we had envisaged for Greg’s lockdown and as we are easing out and gyms reopen, the progress will only go to that next level! 😈🔥
I see this as proof.. If you look at all situations as opportunities and not obstacles.. You can achieve anything you want to! 🏆
Massive respect Greg.. the graft has been well worth it, Lockdown dominated and only on to better things 👏🏆
