Salford Pole Fitness an inclusive and fun society for those wanting to learn something new and make great friends It also includes access to our diverse range of socials and trips!

The University of Salford's Pole Fitness society is a new club where members can get fit in a unique and exciting way. Pole fitness improves muscle tone, flexibility, coordination, core and upper body strength and perhaps most importantly confidence! We welcome everyone, no matter their ability, to come try out this ever more popular sport – and reap the rewards from the great workout it provides!

Membership for the whole year is £40, which gives members the opportunity to attend discounted pole fitness classes at our local studio in Manchester, as well as access to frequent Pole Jams at the university throughout the year.

December for pole fitness!

3rd Dec - REC the halls, our theme is angels 👼🏽 Tickets are still available if you want to join us there’s still time!

9th Dec - Our last pole session of the year and It will be a 2 hour drop in session. Everyone from the society can come to session even if this isn’t your usual class. 🕺🏽

12th Dec - A small group of us will be attending the Sexquisite events Christmas cabaret at The Brewers. Please message us if you have any questions, tickets will be handed out on the day of the event 💗

Pole is doing tour next year !

We will be going to Croatia,
flying on March 29th and coming home 2 April.

We will be looking at flights at the beginning of December, these you will have to book yourself.
If we struggle to find flights, we will consider taking coach.

£75 deposit plus £15 booking fee needs to be paid by 28th of November and the rest by the end of January ( student loan month🕺🏽)
