As we have now moved into our new space for classes, this allows us to reduce restrictions on Open Gym access.

Set over two floors, our gym has a range of equipment suitable for strength training, Hyrox work, and general conditioning.

The gym also has showers.

More access. More freedom. More ways to train.

One of our longest standing members, undoubtedly the happiest, and somebody everyone wishes they were as nice as.

It’s very rare you see her without that huge smile on show - even when she’s in the depths of hell on a Wednesday night.

From her early days in class with and chaperoning Taylor Davidson , to her current status - 6 months pregnant and still smashing every class she comes to.

Fiona is somebody you want on your team - and we’re so glad she is on ours 💪🏻

July Member of the Month - Alex

Everyone’s favourite Monton drinking buddy has officially become a committed gym member — and what a transformation it’s been. 😂

From starting from scratch to becoming a consistent face in the group, Alex has gone from gym newbie to one of the most welcoming, familiar faces in the room — and a much stronger man in the process.

💪 Bench: +15kg
🏋️ Squat: +50kg — and bringing that full depth!
🔥 Deadlift: +40kg

And, of course, we can’t forget the comedy noises that appear whenever a set starts getting tough.

Massive progress, brilliant consistency and an absolute pleasure to have around.
