✨3 month growing phase completed✨
Nov-Feb I put Amy into a growing phase to build as much muscle tissue as we could. The aim was to grow but not to increase her body fat too much before entering her cut for summer.
Nov wasn’t the start of her journey. Prior to the bulk we did a shred to allow her get her bodyfat down to 25% which will make the next phase so much easier.
I couldn’t ask of more of this girl. She’s gone from barely drinking anything all day, not pushing herself on the weight she lifts and barely eating 20g protein. Now she drinks 3L water, consumes 150g protein and pushes herself every session even on the days she doesn’t feel like it.
