We’re incredibly proud to congratulate Coach Olly on signing for Macclesfield FC! 🧤⚽️

💛🖤 A Farewell to Coach Millie 🖤💛

Today we say goodbye to an incredible coach and an even better person.

Millie has decided the time is right to begin a new chapter in her playing career, leaving Manchester United to sign for Rugby Borough FC. ⚽️

We’re incredibly proud of everything she’s achieved and grateful for the commitment, professionalism and enthusiasm she’s brought to GKFORCE. From coaching our youngest goalkeepers to helping develop academy players, Millie has been a fantastic role model and a huge asset to our team.

On behalf of everyone at GKFORCE, we’d like to thank you for everything you’ve done and wish you nothing but success in this exciting new chapter.

Congratulations, Millie! We know you’ll smash it, and you’ll always be part of the GKFORCE family. 💛🖤

After years of watching her big sister every weekend, Amelie has decided it’s finally her turn!

5 years old, joining the PPC family next season and starting her own little journey in the MYSL ❤️

Are we ready for the rollercoaster of 5-year-old football?

Absolutely not 🤣

Wrong way dives, mid-game handstands, celebrating everything like she’s won the Champions League… and probably asking for snacks halfway through 😂

She’s watched her big sister work, train, win, lose and fall in love with football… now she wants her own go.

No pressure. No expectations.

Just fun, friends and a little girl chasing a ball with a smile on her face ⚽️❤️

🧤 The old man still has it… kind of 🤣

40 years old.
7 knee operations.
The legs definitely don’t move like they used to… and the knees definitely don’t bend like they used to 😂

But the hands? They’re still hanging around 👀🧤

Last night I jumped in the POD with Max for what was meant to be a quick session…

Over an hour later… absolutely ruined, sweating, diving around and remembering exactly why we all love this position 🔥

Goalkeeping isn’t just about the big camera saves.

It’s repetition.
It’s detail.
It’s doing things properly when you’re tired.
It’s finding a way to keep going when your body is telling you it’s had enough.

After 7 knee ops and not doing a proper session like that for over a year, it was a reminder of how hard this position actually is… but also how much I still love it 🧤

Also… I keep hearing “is the POD big enough?” 👀

Well… if a 6ft 1, 40-year-old keeper with dodgy knees can get over an hour of proper work out of it…

I promise your young goalkeeper can too 🤣🔥

Everyone at GkForce would like to send a MASSIVE congratulations to Phoenix on his his immense hard work over the last 12 months.
