Once a week we get together to have a jig around to keep fit and most of all have fun! ☘️
This group of girls (missing a few from here!!) absolutely smashed it tonight, gave it everything, and had a laugh along the way!
We change our routines each week as we know life just sometimes gets in the way - so it doesn’t matter if you miss a week, or start half way through a term, we’ll be there when you’re able to make it and will greet you with a smile and an Irish tune!
